• Subscription and boost services for agencies
• Related real estate information and resources

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. Property Listings

Users who list properties on the Platform agree that:

• All information provided must be accurate and not misleading
• They have the legal authority to list the property
• Images and descriptions must accurately represent the property
• Pricing information must be genuine and up-to-date
• They will promptly update or remove listings when sold or leased

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our listing guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior
• Using automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing spam or unauthorized advertising

6. Subscriptions and Payments

For agencies using our subscription services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
• Unused ad slots or boost points do not carry over to new periods

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CommercialProperty.lk or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the reliability of users. We are not responsible for any transactions conducted between users. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommercialProperty.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommercialProperty.lk and its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
